How does the auto-pause feature work?
We understand that you may not have enough work to fill up an entire month. That’s why we have a flexible subscription system. As soon as your request board is empty and all your requests are executed, your subscription will be automatically paused.
You can always check the remaining days of your subscription on our website.
How do I request projects?
There are various ways to register new projects or requests:
- Add to ClickUp project management board
- Send by email
- Sharing Google docs
- Recording a brief Loom video
However, all requests, project management, and followups will be done in “ClickUp”
What if I don't like the results?
It’s no problem! We’ll keep improving the results until it meets your full satisfaction.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
You can enjoy a free trial subscription for 7 days.
It is possible to refund only for the first month by deducting the days used from the subscription. In this case, 7 trial days will be also deducted from the remaining days of the first month subscription.
What are the conditions for using the 7-day trial?
